⛏ Basic Materials & How to Obtain

Raw Plutonium Fragment

Mine Plutonium Ore deep underground (y = −58 and below, diamond level)
Drops 1–3 fragments per ore block · Fortune enchantment increases yield
Ore looks similar to coal ore but has a green radioactive glow

☢ Mining plutonium ore without radiation protection will irradiate you. Always wear Hazmat Armor when mining!

Process Raw Plutonium Fragments inside the Nuclear Smelter (takes 15 seconds each)
The main crafting ingredient for all plutonium equipment
Cannot be obtained any other way — you must build the Nuclear Smelter first

Upgrades your Plutonium equipment from base to MK-I through MK-IV. Right-click to open the upgrade GUI. Each tier improves damage, durability, speed, and armor.

The endgame machine. Crafts all Titan-tier equipment using drops from the Plutonium Titan boss. You must defeat the Wither boss before building this.

You need to defeat the Wither AND smelt Ancient Debris before building the Titan Reactor Forge. This is late-game content!

🔩 Nuclear Smelter — Processing Recipes

Raw Plutonium Fragment → Refined Plutonium Ingot

Processing time: 15 seconds (300 ticks) per fragment
Machine must reach 500°C before processing begins
Overheats at 1500°C — shuts down for 10 seconds to cool

Accepted Fuels

Coal — 100 fuel units (~5 seconds at default settings)
Charcoal — 80 units
Coal Block — 900 units (most efficient solid fuel)
Blaze Rod — 120 units
Lava Bucket — 1000 units ⭐ Best fuel source!

🦺 Hazmat Armor

Crafted from Yellow Wool. Each piece worn adds stackable radiation resistance:

Helmet — +20% radiation resistance · 2 armor points
Chestplate — +30% radiation resistance · 5 armor points
Leggings — +20% radiation resistance · 4 armor points
Boots — +10% radiation resistance · 2 armor points
Full set — 80% total radiation resistance

Hazmat armor is your early-game radiation protection while you gather materials for Plutonium Armor. Cheap to craft but doesn't give full immunity.

Crafted from Refined Plutonium Ingots. Full set grants 100% environmental radiation immunity plus passive effects per piece:

Helmet — Passive Night Vision always active · 4 armor + 3 toughness
Chestplate — Passive Regeneration · 9 armor + 3 toughness
Leggings — Passive Speed · 7 armor + 3 toughness
Boots — Reduced Fall Damage · Knockback Resistance · 4 armor + 3 toughness

Important: Use real Refined Plutonium Ingots from the Nuclear Smelter — not plain Echo Shards. The plugin validates the custom item data and will not give you the armor otherwise.

⛏ Plutonium Tools & Weapons

All plutonium tools and weapons are crafted with Refined Plutonium Ingots (P) and Sticks (S) — same pattern as vanilla tools. They are based on Netherite, so they are fire and lava immune.

Same rule as armor: you must use real Refined Plutonium Ingots from the Nuclear Smelter, not plain Echo Shards.

Radiation Antidote

Reduces your current radiation level when consumed. Does NOT grant immunity — it only clears existing radiation. Use it when you've already been exposed.

⚗ Nuclear Forge — Equipment Upgrades

Right-click the placed Nuclear Forge to open the upgrade GUI. Insert the item you want to upgrade, fill the ingot and core slots, then click the tier button.

Each successful upgrade multiplies the item's Damage, Durability, Speed, and Armor stats by the percentage shown. Upgrades stack (MK-I → MK-II → MK-III → MK-IV in order).

MK-IV has only 50% success. On failure there is a 5% chance the item downgrades to MK-III. Prepare plenty of materials before attempting!

☢ MK-IV equipment passively emits a radiation aura — 3-block radius, dealing 25 radiation/tick to nearby hostile mobs and 15 radiation/tick to enemy players.
